Returns and exchanges

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 20 days of purchase.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

For returns due to faults or damage, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, but if the return is accepted, the postage cost will be credited back to you.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us with the reason and the item you'd like in exchange. If approved, you’ll need to cover the cost of postage for the exchange.
